And I'll bet you've met some -5x or -10x developers, the ones that take 5 times or 10 times as long to get a job done as the average developer. Sadly, some organisations leave these developers in place for far too long instead of moving them to a position where they can be more productive, or dismissing them. Or perhaps giving them the training they need.
