Another thing my AI programming partner is great for, is when I find my self confronting an area that is totally new to me. For example, Claude was very helpful when I had to figure out how to configure my computer (and an app I was working on) to support IPv6 addressing, about which I had no clue. It took us both a lot of trial and error, but it was faster and easier than researching it myself on StackOverflow etc.
