Carbon neutral by 2040 will do nobody any good at all as we've already breached 1.5dC and will breach 2dC by 2040. That's the end of civilization right there. And carbon neutral doesn't solve anything, as we've already put up enough CO2 to take us past 3dC by 2100. You need to think bigger than carbon neutral if you're going to save us, Paul.
