Cory, you didn't mention surely the biggest one: Command key instead of Control key. I don't care which one, it's just that I go back and forth between Linux and MacOS, and It drives me bonkers. Yes, I know there are settings for that, but I've tried them and it hasn't been satisfactory: not 100% is as bad as not at all. I think this is one design decision Apply got wrong from the start.
