Here in California, our greatest natural threat (before the climate crisis) was earthquakes. "Ahh," I smugly thought. "At least earthquakes are not exacerbated by climate change." But it turns out they are. The amount of ice melting and glaciers disappearing is shifting enough weight around to trigger faults and cause earthquakes. Damn!
