Hey that's right! Good one! Ernest Borgnine was the eponymous McHale. (I just like saying eponymous.) It also had Tim Conway and Gavin McLeod. I just looked it up in IMDB. They list 10 directors and I couldn't event count the number of writing credits. And that's just the 1962-1996 TV show. In addition, there were three original cast movies, a retrospective, and that horrible 1997 movie with Tom Arnold taking the eponomous role.
