Hmmm, a lot of things I never really thought about, Sergio. Some good points. The one thing that is driving me nuts on my 2019 MBP is that the power button DOES do something -- the fingerprint sensor is now the power button and a press sends me back to the login screen. And it is located directly above the delete key (which is really a backspace key) so I constantly find myself back at login when I'm going for the delete key. However, to be fair, most of your complaints are not really about macOS per se, which is a solid, secure, and reliable OS. They are just UI features which are, of course, an important component of the OS, but only the UI is Hot Garbage (i.e., could use a bit of clean-up), not the whole OS.
