I agree with you, Attila. There's no getting past that study from a few years ago that showed that the wealthy autocrats get their way something like 95% of the time in the USA. What I'd like to see is the Republican Party go away, it is a lost cause; the Democratic Party becomes the new Conservative party, and a new left party arises like the Bernie Sanders movement--a party that would actually represent the people again.
