I asked Chattie some questions while I was Turbotaxing my forms and she wasn't very helpful. I think that it needs a custom bot especially trained on tax law, plus be able to fill out the forms and ask for data it needs, similar to Turbotax, but smarter. At least a customized bot for a few more years.
