I don't think geostationary orbits at 22 thousand miles up is a good idea. It needs a network of sats in low earth orbit, 99 to 1,200 miles up, similar to Musk's Internet stats. There's always a sat that can hit your receiver, and stats can beam power between them to keep power coming when in earth shadow.
