I found this YouTube clip of the Cher show https://youtu.be/MZT-nysp_Vg?si=44-z0i0yusnpekYA from which the photo must be a publicity still. I even found the exact episode on IMDB: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0539967/ Apparently there weren't any other guests in that show besides Midler, John, and Flip, so I still can't figure out who the other little dude is. Perhaps a producer or director?
