I just finished reading "Hothouse Earth" written by Bill McGuire and published just last July. He affirms that we are really in deep doodoo. I'm now reading "Road to Survival" by William Vogt. He tells the story not from a climate change point of view, but from the point of view of our overshoot of Earth's natural resources, and he nails it. The amazing thing is, he was writing in 1948! People had all this stuff figured out, not the specifics or CO2-caused climate change but how we are damaging the Earth and we'd better stop it or we will die, before I was born! And I am old. Why didn't thy teach us ecology in school or university? Richard I look forward to Part Two.
