I stopped taking my Nissan LEAF in for annual maintenance years ago. I realized the only point of it was they wanted to monitor the battery pack to accumulate data on it. Actually, there is one reason I should bring it in: They always gave it a car wash, and my car is dirty as can be, what with water restrictions due to the California drought.
