I wouldn't work at a startup that hires inexperienced engineers! Smart startups hire only senior, experienced engineers who know the right way to do the job and, in a mentorship relationship, would be mentor! I wouldn't work at a large, established company again because I can 't stand the beauracracy and slow speed of progress. But I will agree that I learned my most valuable skills at large companies.
