I'm still confused. If I have two cars, and one has a top speed of 60 mph and the other one can do 200mph, I would think the 200 mph car has higher performance. How can UltaFastBert be 78 times faster but have worse performance? How are speed and performance a tradeoff, rather than metrics that move together?
