Inflation won't boil over??? Your metaphor confuses me. Seems like your conclusion is that it will boil over. Or are you saying it will boil merrily away forever but never top over the pot? Or maybe it will continue to boil until all of the water is boiled away, which may be a good metaphor for global resource depletion. And literally no (fresh, potable) water!
