Is the Foucault pendulum still on prominent display in the Griffith Park observatory in L.A.? I remember it well from my kidhood. (The Griffith Park observatory, exterior, shows up in a lot of movies and shows, most recently in La La Land, most famously in Rebel Without A Cause. I spotted it recently in HBO's Perry Mason series, where the poor dude took a beating.)
