His conclusion was the same as yours, Arthur, but with a a bunch of scare stories and data to back it up. Last Sunday he discussed homeowners associations and it was equally scary. He said that 82% of new homes being sold today have HOAs attached, so there is practically no getting away from it if you are a homeowner. Stop the world, I want to get off.
