Legit. It's one of two songs I expected to come up in the comments. Great song, but it's not about a particular astronaut like the other three. And it is much more science fiction than reality based.
But this does give me a chance to repeat my favorite Deep Purple fun fact. If you are of a certain age, I'm sure you already know it, but our younger readers may not realize that Deep Purple's lead singer Ian Gillan was also Jesus Christ in the JC Superstar album. One hellova voice, that guy!
(You should also know that JC Superstar was the first big success of the Broadway show writing team of Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Tim Rice, the dudes who also did Cats and Phantom of the Opera. That is, if you don't count Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which you should not, because although it was a couple of years earlier, it had no success until it was boosted by Superstar.)
