Nope! Two problems with this concept: One, it has been tried before, with rather large investments, and didn't work out. Two, it is solving yesterday's problem, when EVs had less than 100 miles range. In two years, GM will be shipping vehicles with 450 mile range. No need for EV "gas stations" when you leave your home with a full tank every morning.
