Okay everybody, I'll take this one. Debra, please do your research. Puberty blockers are NOT irreversible. In fact, their whole point is exactly what you are asking for, to delay (not eliminate) puberty until the person is old enough to make their own informed decision. If you do not allow them to have puberty blockers, you are making an irreversible decision for them: for a poor trans girl to start having her voice deepen and hair grow in places girls don't want it, and a poor trans boy to start developing breasts, among other changes that happen during puberty. I mean, they are partially sort of reversible, that's what hormonal and surgical transition is about, but it's not the same as never having gone through the wrong puberty in the first place. (And I doubt that you approve of hormonal and surgical transition even for adults.) Besides all of that, who the hell cares what you think—I mean, "feel"—about it? How about you make decisions for your own children, and leave the parents of trans children alone to make their decisions, thank you very much.
