On the whole, I liked going to my full-time job all my life. In my few extended times between jobs, I got bored out of my mind. I never had whims to just take off to the mountains or desert, doesn't appeal to me. The one part of the treadmill I avoided (or escaped?) was having kids. And now it turns out that that makes me an environmentalist! Shame on all you people overpopulating the planet! <...drives off in my EV, smugly>
