Paul, you may well be correct on all of your tech predictions. The problem is, technology has already lost. Thousands are dying of heatwaves every year already. Crop failures are happening already. Glacier are melting already. Too much CO2 and methane are in the atmosphere already. Maybe tech has the best promise to mitigate climate change going forward, but I don't know how you can say it will solve climate change. Unless technology comes up with a time machine to go back an undo what we've done ... what we've done with technology.
