(Although boob and nose jobs are.) (2) The ONLY hormone treatments for children are puberty blockers, which are completely reversible. (3) Treatment is NOT based ONLY on psychological assessment; it is primarily based on the child's own gender identification and feelings. I am a trans woman myself so I know something about the subject.
