Sounds great to me! So I decided to put it on my MacBook Pro using VMware Fusion. After paying a few bucks for the download (which I don't mind paying), I found this in the installation instructions:

We do not recommend virtual machines as they don't perform as well as a full install. If you are attempting to install in a virtual machine, enable EFI if possible but understand you may encounter other issues.

Bummer. I went ahead with it anyway. First thing is they didn't have a native display resolution that is anywhere near good for my MPB, so I'm trying to figure out how to tweak it. The next thing is, the ls command runs instantly, as you would expect. But "sudo ls" takes 15 seconds. Any sudo command seems to have a 15 second delay.

So things aren't looking too good or Elementary under VMware Fusion.

By the way, I am not looking for technical support. This is just to warn other readers who may be tempted to jump into it like I did.
