That one is easy, Ulrich. I'm not into this stuff at all, but I presume brand new souls are being born all the time. There are probably a decent amount of first-timers around right now! What I want to know is, what happens to all those waiting souls when the population of the earth drops from 8 billion to 4 billion or 1 billion or 1 million, which will happen the way we are going with global warming. There will be quite a queue waiting for new lives! Unless they go into, say cockroaches.
