There is enough wrong with Musk that there is no need to set up a straw man and beat him with it. In no way is Musk's Mars mission to escape, it is to expand. And he proves it by working so hard on fixing our planet e.g. with electric vehicles, batteries, and solar panels. (I do not own a Tesla.)
