This is dumb. Admit it, you made this up as some kind of parable. VCs do NOT want their investees taking vacations, they want them working 24x7 ... "eight days a week" if possible. And great entrepreneurs love what they are doing so much, work is like a vacation for them. Vacations are a luxury for successful entreupeneurs ... or what entrepreneurs do in between failures!
