This is the problem with billionaires and their charities and investments -- they are often not aligned with societies real needs. Tax 'em back down to millionaires and let the people--through their governmnet-- decide where to put the money to use. Yeah, government isn't always right in its allocations, but at least the people have a chance to steer it.
