Ummm, gee, what is the title of the series? Well you cannot have "succession" until daddy dies (or retires, which Logan Roy would never). It's never been about Logan, it's been about the kids. I read that the writers originally planned to kill off Logan right at the beginning of season one, but Cox created such a great character that they decided to keep him around. The real battle for succession is just starting!
