Yeah, I can hear their sharktank pitch: "It's like SpaceX but with 3-D printing! " Turns out building rockets is rocket science. If 3-D printing is their only innovative idea, then they don't have enough to make it in a competitive marketplace. And, by the way, I'm looking at your photo of the Aeon 1 engine, and I see way more than 3 parts. Oh, you meant just the combustion chamber? Not sure you have an apples-to-apples comparison there. And just one more thing... Relativity Space is a really dumb company name if their technology has nothing to do with relativity. Here I was hoping to see a wormhole-making, space-folding engine, but it's just a dumb old rocketship. Still, I wish them all the luck in the world!
